Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.

1. When You Are Entitled to a Refund
You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the service:
- Is not carried out with reasonable care or skillIs not completed within a reasonable time
- Is different from what was agreed to in the quote
- If the issue can be fixed, we will repair or redo the work at no extra cost.
- If the issue is major, you may choose a refund.

2. Situations Where Refunds Do NOT Apply
Refunds are not available when:
- You change your mind
- You decide you no longer want the service
- You requested a job different from what you originally described
- Damage occurs after the job due to misuse, accidents, or lack of care
- Natural variations occur (e.g., wood grain, colour differences)

3. Deposits
Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable if:
- Materials have already been bought
- Custom products have been ordered

- Work has already started

- We will only keep the portion that covers costs already incurred.

 

4. Faulty Materials

If materials we supplied are faulty, we will return or replace them according to the manufacturer's warranty.
If you supplied the materials yourself, we are not responsible for faults caused by the product.

5. Workmanship Warranty

We offer a workmanship warranty that covers:
- Installation errors
- Issues caused by our staff’s work
- This does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Misuse
- Damage caused after installation

6. How to Request a Fix or Refund
To make a request, please contact us with:
- Your name
- Your contact details
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if possible)
